MARTA Z.

I graduated in Pharmacy in 1980 in Bologna. I immediately started working, working in various pharmacies including a substitution at the hospital pharmacy in Mantua. These experiences enabled me to understand the importance of the role of the pharmacist, who now more than ever is not just someone who dispenses medicines but a professional at the service of the user, to whom he or she must guarantee correct management of the medicine (adherence to therapy and pharmacovigilance). These aspects must be combined with a friendly and cordial approach, ensuring that the pharmacy is always well stocked and that the medical and health needs of customers are met.
Building a relationship with customers is the key to offering appropriate health advice.

I love dogs because they are loyal, they don't betray and they are a positive stimulus for their owners.
